Biography
I consider myself a "digital baby" because I got into the field with the coming of age of digital photography in 2004. I am very grateful to the Palo Alto Camera Club because through it, I have learned so much. My photography is used by such organizations as POST, Environmental Volunteers, the Anza-Borrego Foundation, and Mid-Peninsula Open Space District. I have exhibited in juried shows at Filoli, Borrego Art Institute, and Pacific Art League, including solo shows there in 2011 and 2013. My photos have also appeared in two books, in addition to the books I have made myself. In 2012, I was able to travel to Guinea in West Africa to document a Kiwanis/UNICEF project providing tetanus immunizations. In June 2016, I traveled to Iceland. For me, photography provides a creative outlet I never imagined having, a special way of seeing, and opportunities to support the environmental and social causes that are important to me.

My favorite equipment
Nikon D-7000 and Nikon D-7100 with 18-200 mm zoom lens and my favorite, a 105 mm macro lens.
