Member Judy Kramer received three awards in the 2011 Anza-Borrego Desert Photo Contest, sponsored by the Anza-Borrego Foundation and Institute. The awards are: 
Morning Light - 3rd Place, Desert Landscapes;
Cholla Greets the Dawn - Honorable Mention, Desert Landscapes; 
Smiling Brittlebush (photo on left) - Honorable Mention, Desert Plants

The photos will be on exhibit at the Borrego Art Institute Feb. 19--March 5, 2011, with an awards ceremony and reception on March 5
